📄 Firmware Updates

Your PlugFlex adapter arrives with the latest firmware already preinstalled.

If for any reason you need to reinstall this software, download the '.bin' file from the below link. This firmware is optimised for chargers in the UK. If there is a new firmware update released to improve compatibility, we will notify you by email.

Step-by-step guide to updating your PlugFlex adapter

1. Plug USB stick into your computer, transfer the downloaded .bin file onto the stick. Make sure the stick is completely empty beforehand and the file name has not been altered with.
2. Safely eject the USB stick from the computer.
3. Plug the single USB-C side of the provided USB splitter into the USB-C port of your PlugFlex adapter.
4. Plug the USB stick into the USB-A port of the splitter.
5. Plug the power cord connected from your computer into the splitter.
6. Once the splitter has been connected to power, the USB stick should flash for around 10 secs and then switch off.
7. Once the LED lights on the USB stick switch off, you can unplug the splitter from the adapter.
8.You have now successfully installed the latest firmware.
